Goal 1 - Write a technology plan

Activities

  1. Report on status of agency technology:
    1) Analysis of Surveys
    2) Level of literacy
    3) Defining access need for all areas
    4) Inventory report
  2. Write plan with consultants (Q-net or other)

Goal 2 - Define who needs to complete online paperwork and how they need to do it

Goal 3 - Communicate with cohort members

    Cohort bi-monthly meeting in conjunction with children's Division Full-Staffing

Goal 4 - Include technology goal in career development plan for all staff

Activities

    Diane Yeadon and Patty Overpeck to meet: CDP Process

    Evaluation: Re-visit Career Development Plan annually

Goal 5 - Maximize technology to the fullest capability for our program needs

Activities

    Formulation of tech work group for agency

    Timeline: On-going
    Evaluation: Assess at Tech Work Group meetings

Goal 6 - Continue to build communication between our agency and the 2- and 4- year partners

Activities


    Invite to cohort meetings, have regular communication regarding on-going activities for cohorts working toward their degree via phone, e-mail and in-person contact

    Lead Person: Diane Yeadon and Children's Admin Team
    Timeline: On-going
    Evaluation: Occur during preparation of bi-monthly feedback forms

Goal 7 - 90% of cohorts complete at 6 credits hours working toward their Associates between Sept. 2001 to Aug., 2002

Activities

    Continue to support cohorts in efforts by arranging for on-site classes, assisting with registration, working with TEACH
