Managing Transitions: helping children learn to manage them independently.

   Sidewalk Chalk Bullet  A transition in group care and education means changing from one activity to another, or changing from being with one person to being with another person. Transitions make up a large portion of the day in group care and present a real management challenge. The level of stimulation changes and children are likely to "misbehave".
