THE Consortium project will receive $2,108,502 from the U.S. Department of Education PT3 program over a three-year period (9/1/1999 to 8/31/2002) which is a little more than 50.5% of the total cost of the project. The remaining amount, 49.5%, of the total cost of the project will be financed by nongovernmental sources from six (6) partner organizations.
